To achieve its objectives and deliver effectively and efficiently on its partnership relationship function, the Department’s services are supported by an organisational structure aligned with 3 Units (Loans/Grants/Counterpart Funding, Bilateral Relationships and Multilateral Relationships) as depicted in the diagram below.
