Budget Department Structure
The effective and efficient delivery of the Department’s services is supported by an organizational structure that consists of nine distinct functions of government as depicted in the diagram below.
Additionally, all sectors within the Department, led by Management level Officers (Grade Level 13 and above), work together to plan, formulate, analyse and monitor revenues and expenditures of all MDAs.
